Training Manager

Experteer OverviewIn this role you will design and deliver core sales training, support onboarding, and plan the annual training calendar across Europe. You will act as a Learning Business Partner for divisions, shaping programs to meet business needs and improve performance. You will create new training initiatives and refine offerings based on feedback, while coordinating with global L&D to deploy consistent programs in Europe.
