The Aircrew Training unit, engaged in the establishment of an Approved Training Organization (ATO) within the C-27J program, needs a resource to be employed as a Training Development Specialist in the development and implementation of training programs for pilots and flight crews in compliance with current EASA regulations and the organization's needs. The person will be responsible for the following activities:* Develop and update training materials (lessons, exam question database, Training Manual…) for catalog courses;
* Collaborate with instructors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the relevance and quality of content;
* Ensure the traceability of courses and training activities;
* Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) and identify opportunities for improvement;
* Participate in internal audits and inspections to ensure the compliance of training procedures with current regulations.**Educational qualification:** High school diploma or degree in technical subjects, preferably related to the aeronautical field.**Seniority:** Junior/Expert**Knowledge and technical skills:*** Ability to design and develop educational material;
* Knowledge of EASA regulations, in particular Reg.(EU) 1178/2011 and certification specifications for ATO.**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to work in a team;
* Communication and relationship skills with customers and suppliers;
* Organizational and coordination skills;
* Problem solving and results orientation;
