Reporting to the Retail & Education Manager, in a context of business growth and transformation, you will actively participate in the promotion of the Brand, especially boosting the performance of the Skincare axis in Italy.
MISSION
- Be the guarantor of Guerlain’s expertise, vision & corporate values with the ability to transmit them to the teams
- Design and implement both internal and external training in line with the Maison guidelines and adapt a strategy to retailer/ people specific environment.
- In coordination with the Retail & Education Team recommend specifics trainings to improve the retail performance (soft & hard skills topics)
- Leverage knowledge of competitor training and retail/consumer trends
- Deliver training programs with the appropriate module and allocate team resources appropriately
- Liaise with commercial and marketing team to offer both an adapted expertise program as well as on-going novelty training
- Together with Retail Team measure and monitor sell out team performance following training actions;
PROFILE
- Strong experience in the cosmetic industry
- Qualification as an Aesthetician and expertise on the skincare axis are a plus
- Result-oriented with a Retail mindset
- Curious, open-minded, positive, and detail oriented
- Excellent grooming, matching Brand DNA with high sense of luxury and service
- Advanced understanding of training methods
- Strong experience in training including delivery of training (experience within the cosmetic industry and/or retail would be a plus)
- Office (Power Point, Word and Excel)
- Italian & English speaking, French is a plus
- Workplace – Milan (travelling frequently across Italy, at least 40% of the time).
