For our own projects, we are looking for a TRAINING COORDINATOR (PROJECTS)


MISSION:

The selected candidate will support the Competency Assurance and Training Department by coordinating and delivering training services across project phases, from engineering and proposal development through to training delivery for industrial Oil & Gas facilities. The role involves planning, cost control, coordination with internal stakeholders, clients, and external training providers to ensure effective and compliant training execution.


TASKS:

During the ITB / Training Proposal phase:

  • Analyze plant training requirements in line with process schemes, project scope, and proposal strategy.
  • Prepare training proposals, including scope, cost, quality, and scheduling aspects.
  • Estimate man-hours and costs for training development, coordination, and delivery.
  • Validate training proposals and cost estimates with Proposal, Estimating, and Training Leads.
  • Liaise with clients as required during proposal development.

During the Engineering phase:

  • Support the Training Lead in preparing the Training Plan, Training Schedule, Training Matrix, and course content outlines.
  • Coordinate the development, review, and approval of training deliverables.
  • Coordinate training program development with external training providers.
  • Coordinate the provision of training facilities.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize the training budget.

During the Training Delivery phase:

  • Coordinate training delivery in accordance with the approved Training Plan and Schedule.
  • Coordinate training logistics and facilities across all training venues.
  • Monitor, record, and report training delivery activities.
  • Coordinate certification and signing of training completion documentation.
  • Manage and control the training budget during delivery.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; a technical degree is an advantage.
  • 2–3 years of experience, preferably within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Heavy Manufacturing projects (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Experience in training coordination, project support, or engineering project environments is preferred.
  • Certified Workplace Assessor and/or Internal Verifier certification is an advantage.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Italian is highly appreciated.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25–50%) to support training activities.

  • Location: Milan, Italy
  • Working hours: 8 hours / 5 days
  • Contract duration: 6 months, extendable
  • Start date: January 2026
