Randstad Italia SpA is looking for a motivated and public-oriented Training and Development Specialist to support the HR team at Huawei Technologies Italia Srl operating at the forefront of technology, renewable energy, and telecommunications.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Course Delivery Design: Develop and implement effective course delivery strategies to ensure engaging and impactful learning experiences for participants.
• Class Facilitation: Lead and manage training sessions, ensuring that content is delivered in a clear and engaging manner while fostering a positive learning environment.
• Facilitator Enablement: Support and empower instructors by providing training, resources, and feedback to enhance their teaching effectiveness and engagement with learners.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand learning needs and align course content and delivery methods with organizational goals.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Regularly assess the effectiveness of course delivery through participant feedback and performance metrics, making improvements as necessary to enhance learning outcomes.

What are the skills required for this position?

• Bachelor or Master’s degree;
• Fluent in English and Chinese;
• Genuine interest for HR and for “people”;
• Open and enthusiastic personality, eager to work in a multicultural environment;
• Proactive attitude, focused on continuous improvement and innovative solutions;
• Flexibility and willingness to continuous self-challenge and continuous learning;
• Availability to travel all around Europe;
