Trainee insurance e claims

Savino Del Bene is seeking an Insurance Claims Management Trainee for its Global Headquarters.

Role Objectives

Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Insurance Service and Loss Prevention, the selected candidate will join the Insurance & Claims department at the Scandicci Headquarters.

The role will involve:

• Analyzing and managing insurance claims and complaints, working internationally with brokers, legal advisors, internal teams, and company management.
• Maintaining an accurate and well-structured claims database, ensuring proper documentation, monitoring deadlines, and tracking open cases.
• Assisting business partners and operational teams in claims handling, supporting customers throughout the entire process and managing any related complaints.
• Providing regular claims reports, offering valuable insights for risk management and strategic decision-making.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Political Science, Law, or related fields.
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of French is considered a strong plus.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Analytical mindset with skills in risk assessment, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
