Trainee - Financial Planning & Analysis

Your Role

As a trainee FP&A (Financial Planner & Analyst) at Affinity Petcare, you will support financial closing activities, monthly reporting, budget preparation, variance analysis, special projects with Sales & Marketing, and engage in key internal business processes and company meetings.

What You Will Do

• Support financial closing activities and monthly reporting.
• Support budget preparation (monthly, annual, forecast, and presentations).
• Support variance analysis between actual results and budget, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
• Participate in ad‑hoc special projects with the Sales & Marketing team.
• Take an active role in key internal business processes and company meetings.

What We Are Looking For

• Undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• English is one of our primary working languages.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent proficiency in Excel.
• Positive mindset, passion, and a strong team‑oriented attitude.
• Proactive approach to work.
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Project management skills, including organization and planning abilities.
