Linklaters is looking for a motivated and talented Trainee to join its Antitrust team in Milan. What We Offer
- Exposure to a wide range of Italian, European Union and global competition law matters, including merger control, anticompetitive arrangements, abuse of dominance, State aid, FDI and Golden Power, unfair commercial practices and compliance, as well as sector-specific issues in areas such as energy, financial services, infrastructure and technology.
- Involvement in high-profile cases before the Italian Competition Authority, the European Commission, Italian and European courts and the Italian Government, advising on some of the most complex and challenging antitrust and FDI matters.

- Master’s degree in Law from an Italian university with excellent academic credentials.
- Work experience or specific education in Competition law will be assessed positively.
- A strong team player with excellent organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
