Job Purpose / Overview The person in this position is responsible for the development, deployment and coordination of trade marketing activities within the VET channel according to the annual execution plan. The Trade Marketeer will be in close contact with the clinics floor and proactively drive business and category growth at our customers in VET, deploying activation & toolkits from the region. Key Responsibilities

Planning, execution and evaluation of trade marketing activities related to the Healthy Pets portfolio in clinics aiming to drive recommendation. Lead for obtaining approval on activations through the S&OP+ cycle, including ROI calculation and evaluation. Plan and manage ordering, development and production of communication/promotional materials based on key visuals developed by the Regional team. Provide sales teams with selling tools to deliver a perfect execution in clinic. Evaluate materials in clinics and continuously drive best‑in‑class, innovative materials to support recommendation and conversion of our brand. Support the deployment of Sick Pets portfolio activation in clinics. Coordinate the annual Vet Events Plan for the market, driving brand/portfolio execution in National Events and acting as the point of reference for Royal Canin promoted events; monitor event results according to quantitative and qualitative KPIs. Own the VET Merchandising Program execution in the market. Grant VET premia and manage material ordering from suppliers to ensure timely delivery to sales reps/customers. Coordinate the Pet Professional budget monitoring for the market, ensuring proper allocation, forecasting and risk/opportunity raising. Manage customers’ commercial communications. Share best practice across Cluster.

Context & Scope

Own development, execution and evaluation of VET B2C / B2B activities on the Healthy Pets portfolio, in alignment with the market M&SD team. Support the Trade Marketing VET & Webshop Activation Specialist in the deployment of Sick Pets activations in clinic. Engage sales teams with activity plans to drive field excellence in execution. Coordinate Sales & Health Affairs teams in the creation and execution of the annual events plan. Work closely with the Perfect Clinic Manager to drive best brand permanent visibility in clinics.

Employment Type: Permanent Contract - Full time The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be within the range set out below for a full‑time position. Within this range, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
