Aim
The scope of the role is to bridge the gap between brand strategy and commercial execution, driving profitable growth by managing the innovation pipeline and optimizing the product portfolio across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support sales in value creation within the product portfolio and innovation pipeline management
- Establish and monitor pricing strategies across the product portfolio
- Lead the innovation pipeline
- Plan and execute the product refresh cycle to maintain portfolio relevance and competitive edge
- Analyze competitor pricing and promotional activities to ensure optimal positioning
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Marketing or similar
- 20+ years' proven experience with a cross‑functional background in Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Management, and Revenue Growth Management roles
- Leadership & Team organization
- Exceptional communication skills to lead cross‑functional alignment between departments
- English and Italian Fluent
