The Role
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Retail & Customer Experience Manager to realize an effective implementation of marketing campaigns in stores, an improvement of the "in-store customer experience" and the implementation of the visual merchandising strategy in stores and Sales support tools
Key Responsibilities
Planning and management of trade marketing and communication activities
Management of the in-store retail experience
Supervision of visual merchandising
Definition of product display guidelines
Coordination of window displays and store layouts
Definition and management of POP materials and sales tools
Support to stores for the launch of collections and campaigns
Coordination of retail promotional activities
Retail and product training for the sales network
Organization of training sessions for store managers and sales assistants
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Marketing department focused on retail management within the fashion industry
Leadership, analytical skills, and strong business acumen
Fluent in Spanish and Italian ( English is a plus)
Willingness to be the "customer eyes" in every Antony Morato store
