Opportunity:

We are looking for a motivated and curious Trade & E-Tailing Intern to join our team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Trade & E-Tailing Intern, you will:

Digital Brilliant Basics

• Maintain digital presence in line with brand guidelines;

• Ensure excellent e-merchandising across all authorized e-tailers, aligning with the marketing calendar:

- Share images, product descriptions, and brand page assets to enhance visibility;

- Upload and manage content on retailer-specific platforms;

E-Trade and Asset Coordination

• Support the execution of e-trade plans across key e-commerce partners;

• Coordinate with agencies to develop assets in line with brand guidelines;

Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor e-commerce activities and competitor initiatives, with post-campaign analysis and reporting;

• Track and analyze KPIs related to digital shelf performance;

Operational and Support Tasks

• Support ad hoc projects within the digital commerce landscape (e.g. R&Rs generation, SEO, PIM, etc.);

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Contribute to brand activation projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Media, PR, Sales, Trade).

Competences:

Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:

• A degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
• Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus;
• A strong interest in the beauty industry;
• Curiosity and analytical mindset to interpret data and inform campaign strategies;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
• Team spirit and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
