Day-to-day of the role:
- Drive trade growth by developing and implementing strategies that maximise market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and achievement of business goals.
- Monitor performance metrics, report results, and propose corrective actions as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in trade development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
- Fluent in Italian; proficiency in English is a plus.
