We are currently seeking a Trade Compliance Documentation Specialist, who will play a key role in ensuring accurate verification and management of all import/export documentation required for international shipments. The position supports global trade operations by guaranteeing compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, company procedures, and customer-specific requests. Key Responsibilities:

Review import and export shipping documentation Verify the accuracy and completeness of commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, transport documents, and customs-related documentation Ensure compliance of shipping documents with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and customer specifications Support customs clearance activities by providing accurate and timely documentation. Manage and archive trade documentation according to company policies and regulatory requirements Verify consistency between purchase orders, shipping documents, and customs declarations Assist in resolving documentation discrepancies that could impact transportation, customs clearance, or customer deliveries Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing logistics and trade documentation processes Stay updated on international trade regulations, Incoterms, customs requirements, and transportation standards Collaborate with Logistics, Purchasing, Suppliers, Finance to ensure smooth international operations Requirements

High School Diploma in Logistics or International Supply Chain Management. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields (Strong) knowledge of import/export documentation: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), Certificates of Origin, Customs Documentation Understanding of international logistics and transportation processes Knowledge of customs procedures and import/export regulations (Good) understanding of Incoterms High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
