Inside Out Italy is seeking a Customer Service Account Support to manage guest and partner requests from booking to the completion of the experience. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Ticketing, Sales and Tour Delivery to ensure a seamless guest journey.
The role requires at least 1 year of tourism customer service experience, proficiency in English and strong communication skills in a fast-paced, international environment.
