Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Tour Guide located in Pompei/Herculaneum/Naples, with the flexibility to move across those locations. The Tour Guide will deliver engaging and informative augmented reality experiences, tailored to groups, families, and individuals. Responsibilities include leading tours, sharing historical knowledge, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting AR Tour's offerings to potential clients. The Tour Guide will also ensure smooth coordination during tours and actively contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading Guided Tours and a strong background in History
- Outstanding verbal Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
- Passion for cultural heritage and comfort with technology
- Flexibility to work across Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples locations
- Proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
- Relevant certifications or degrees related to tourism, history, or art history.
