This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Guide based in Bologna. The Tour Guide will be responsible for leading engaging guided tours, sharing historical and cultural insights, and ensuring an exceptional visitor experience. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, addressing visitor inquiries, and promoting additional offerings to guests. The Tour Guide will act as the face of the organization, demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Strong expertise in conducting Guided Tours and sharing historical knowledge
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales experience and ability to promote additional offerings
• Proficiency in foreign languages is an advantage
