Datalogic is seeking a talented candidate to join the HR Organisation.
The resource will work in the Total Rewards function, reporting to Datalogic's Total Rewards Manager, who in turn reports directly to the Group's Chief People Officer.
The activity is divided into two different areas, in which the resource will participate and contribute in line with the experience and skills acquired.
1. Incentive Compensation : Management of short-term incentive plans (STI) for both the Managerial and Sales Compensation populations.
a) Support in defining compensation metrics, structuring sales objectives, and designing commission calculation mechanisms;
b) Monthly review of sales data, calculation of sales performance, and forwarding
the related commissions;
c) Analysis of results, deviations from objectives, and reporting to management;
d) Management of the Sales Compensation module within the HRIS;
e) Calculation and management of periodic bonuses.
2. Compensation & Benefits : Management of annual salary reviews, raises, and off-cycle salary alignments, and support for salary decisions for new hires.
a) Support in defining the annual budget and salary review criteria;
b) Maintenance of the salary review database;
c) Management of the salary review process (communication, verification of the consistency of the proposals, formal communication of the review outcome).
The role requires interaction with different business functions and different levels, in particular:
- Finance: management of targets and incentive costs (forecast, actual, variances, reporting)
- Controllership: definition of sales and management KPIs
- Payroll: interaction for incentive payments and salary increases
- IT: maintenance of HRIS modules related to incentive mechanisms
- Sales: constant interaction for all issues of target definition, explanation
- of performance and commission calculation
- Management: support for decision-making through evidence and reporting, recurring and ad hoc and through particular areas of expertis.
Requirements:
- Education: Master Degree in Economic or Statistic or similar;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools, in particular Excel (Macros, Pivots, etc.)
- Interest and aptitude for data management and analysis
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Interest in working with structured HR processes and processes to be structured
- Flexibility to work to tight and not always programmable deadlines
- Interest in understanding business logic and corporate priorities and translating them into activities.
