Adecco Italia SpA, for a Multinational Company based in Italy, is looking for a


Total Rewards & HRIS Intern to join the HR Team in the Company HQ based in Milan.


Main Activities:


Total Rewards : Assist with various aspects of our global compensation and benefits programs, including bonus systems, salary processes, benefits administration, and job evaluation.

Budget Management : Support in the management of budgets & labor costs.

HR Information Systems (HRIS): Implementation, reporting, and data quality management of HRIS, specifically SuccessFactors. This involves working with processes and systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity and dashboards development.

Reporting & Data Quality : Develop and maintain HR reports related to the main HR KPI’s and metrics, ensuring high standards of data quality and accuracy across all HR systems.

Global Support : Act as a guide and support for our international countries, helping them navigate Total Reward processes and systems.


You will report directly to the Total Reward & HRIS Manager.


Requirements:


  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • Highly Analytical: You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excel Proficiency: An advanced command of Microsoft Excel is essential, including the ability to create spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: Your precision and accuracy are paramount in managing critical HR data and processes.
  • Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
  • Spanish (Nice to Have): Fluency in Spanish would be a significant advantage, given our global presence.
  • Proactive & Eager to Learn: You're a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a global HR team.
