Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive total rewards strategy across Europe and APAC, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits aligned with our pay philosophy. You will partner with P&O and business leaders to shape programs and governance, using data-driven insights to inform design and budgeting. You’ll work with a small team to deliver benchmarking, job evaluations, and market pricing while improving reporting and processes. This is an impactful position at Antech as part of Mars Science & Diagnostics, influencing compensation decisions in a multi-country setting.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead external market benchmarking and pricing analyses to ensure competitive positioning
- Perform job evaluations and provide salary recommendations with internal equity insights
- Support communication and guidance on rewards programs to stakeholders and associates
- Assist with organization design initiatives impact assessments related to compensation
- Maintain salary structures and grading frameworks
- Develop compensation and benefits dashboards for leadership decision-making
- Model costs for merit cycles, incentives, and structural changes
- Coordinate with HRIS and Finance to improve reporting automation and data quality
- Co-own annual merit and incentive processes, ensuring governance and budget alignment
- Support benefits reviews with vendors and local P&O teams
- Contribute to design and rollout of new or revised reward programs, policies, and guidelines
- Advise P&O and leaders on compensation decisions and deliver data-backed guidance
- Deliver training and communications to managers on compensation processes and philosophy
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and local regulations
- Document policies and processes clearly and identify efficiency improvements
Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- 4 - 6 years in analytical compensation, total rewards, HR analytics or related roles
- Strong understanding of benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and incentive plan administration
- Experience with benefits plan analysis a plus
- Strong analytical capability with financial modelling and large data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a small team
- Willingness to learn new concepts and tools with limited oversight
- Attention to detail, deadline-driven
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Advanced Excel and data consolidation skills; proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Workday knowledge desirable
