Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Total Reward Junior Manager to join KIKO MILANO’s Global HR Team.

The role contributes to the design, implementation, and management of global HR and reward initiatives to support the overall employee experience and organizational goals.


In particular, you will:


  • Conduct job evaluations and role mappings using established banding systems.
  • Partner with the global HR community to develop and maintain internal wage benchmarks, contributing to the continuous evolution of the Global Total Reward Strategy and ensuring alignment of reward practices with company values and business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and maintain compensation and benefits programs, including base salary, variable pay, equity, and employee benefits (health, retirement, wellness, recognition). Perform market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures. Support the execution of global Performance Management and Salary Review processes, participating in annual compensation reviews and bonus administration in line with global and local policies.
  • Develop and maintain Global HR KPI dashboards to monitor performance and provide actionable insights. Prepare reports and analyses to support data-driven decisions and identify reward trends and opportunities.
  • Support the coordination and administration of global mobility programs, ensuring compliance with local legal and tax requirements and consistency with company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Payroll to ensure reward programs comply with local regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS systems to ensure accurate management of compensation and benefits data.



What you will need to succeed


  • Degree ideally in a related field (Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position for a global organization or consulting firm
  • Workday knowledge is highly desirable
  • Fluent English knowledge (written and verbal)
  • Strong Project Management knowledge
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
