At Bercella, we continue to expand our engineering team supporting Advanced Composites component programs in Automotive, Motorsport and Aerospace . We are looking for a Tooling Design Engineer to strengthen our Engineering department and contribute to the design and development of tooling solutions for composite manufacturing. The role reports to the Engineering Manager and plays a key part in delivering high-performance tooling solutions across multiple projects. What you’ll do As part of our Engineering team, you will: Design and develop tooling for autoclave composite part manufacturing , including molds, fixtures and auxiliary tooling Support project teams in defining tooling concepts and technical solutions Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations and Program Management teams to ensure feasibility and efficiency Ensure tooling solutions meet performance, quality, timing and budget requirements Support tooling validation and continuous improvement activities during production Contribute to technical standardization and improvement of design methods and processes Interface with suppliers and internal departments during tooling development and manufacturing phases What we’re looking for Solid experience in tooling design for composite components , preferably in automotive, motorsport or aerospace sectors Strong understanding of autoclave composite manufacturing processes Ability to manage the tooling development from concept to production Practical approach to engineering and problem solving Ability to work in multidisciplinary project teams Good communication and collaboration skills Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Fluent English to effectively comunicate with international customers and partners Strong proficiency in CATIA V5 Experience in tooling design and manufacturing processes Knowledge of composite materials and production constraints is highly appreciated Why join Bercella Work on cutting-edge projects in Automotive, Motorsport and Aerospace Be part of a dynamic, technically challenging environment in the heart of the Italian Motor Valley Enjoy flexibility through our smart working policy Competitive compensation aligned with experience Real opportunities for growth within fast-expanding engineering organization Join a culture based on trust, responsability, teamwork and continuous improvement
