Carpe Diem Tours is hiring charismatic, high-energy guides to lead our popular Florence Tipsy Tour - an evening experience combining history, storytelling, and social connection.
About the Role
This is not a traditional tour.
Your job is to:
- Lead groups of 10–22 guests through Florence at night
- Share engaging stories (Medici scandals, conspiracies, dark history)
- Create a fun, social atmosphere where strangers connect
- Manage the flow of the experience across bars and wine stops
