Responsibilities

We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to support TikTok Shop in Italy. The Account Management team is pivotal to onboarding and ensuring the success of key partners on our platform, curating an engaging product selection for TikTok users. Together, we'll redefine how partners engage with customers through content and social commerce, creating a unique and innovative commerce ecosystem.

This role is based in our Milan office.

TikTok Shop is transforming how people discover and buy products. In Italy, we are building a new Discovery commerce ecosystem where content, creators, and brands come together to drive real business impact.

This is a high‑ownership role at the heart of one of TikTok’s fastest‑growing businesses.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of strategic partners and help them unlock growth through TikTok’s unique commerce ecosystem.

You Will

  • Source and onboard high‑potential merchants in Italy, building long‑term, trusted partnerships.
  • Design and execute growth plans for your partners, covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics, and campaigns.
  • Own revenue and GMV targets, consistently driving performance through data, experimentation, and iteration.
  • Create scalable mechanisms (playbooks, dashboards, workflows) to improve productivity and partner success at scale.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams to improve the merchant and user experience.
  • Analyze market trends and category performance to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Lead internal projects such as category launches, merchant campaigns, and B2B initiatives that strengthen the TikTok commerce ecosystem in Italy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • You can influence and build trust with both merchants and internal stakeholders.
  • You are results‑driven, with a strong commercial mindset and track record of hitting targets.
  • You are analytical and data‑driven, able to turn insights into action.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and move fast in a changing environment.
  • You are fluent in Italian and English, and comfortable working in a global, cross‑cultural team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passionate about becoming a TikTok Shop expert and shaping the future of social commerce.
  • Experience in e‑commerce, marketplaces, or digital platforms.
  • Background in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Hands‑on exposure to content marketing, creators, influencers, or live commerce.
  • Strong understanding of the Italian e‑commerce ecosystem, ideally with a network of local merchants.
