About the Job / TikTok LIVE Operator Base:Milan,Italy
We are the exclusive authorized distributor of OPPO in Italy, and we are looking for a creative and results-driven TikTok LIVE Operator to join our Milan headquarters.
In this role, you will take full ownership of OPPO’s TikTok operations in Italy — from live streaming and short video content planning to traffic management, host training, and data analysis.

Responsibilities
1.Live Streaming Planning & Execution:
Manage the daily operations of OPPO Italy’s TikTok live channel, including script writing, process design, sales policies, talking points, and field control;
Plan and execute live events such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, and influencer collaborations to boost engagement and conversion.
2.Traffic Acquisition & Advertising:
Build and manage TikTok advertising accounts, including audience targeting, bidding strategy, and budget allocation, ensuring accurate traffic and cost efficiency.
3.Short Video Operations:
Lead creative direction and optimization of short-form video materials;
Collaborate with the editing team to produce high-conversion content and test multiple creative models to drive traffic to live streams.
4.Team Management & Capability Development:
Review host performance, optimize live scripts, and provide regular coaching and training to enhance hosting skills and live performance.
5.Data Review & Optimization:
Monitor real-time live data (e.g., online viewers, GPM, UV value, watch time) and conduct in-depth post-live analysis; quickly adjust live strategies, talking points, and ad plans based on data insights to continuously improve GMV results.
Requirements
1.Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese and English for daily work communication (proficiency in Italian is a plus).
2.Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or live-stream operations; proven track record with TikTok operations in the US, SEA, or European markets preferred.
3.Technical Skills: Familiar with TikTok Creator Center and TikTok Shop backend systems; basic knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut and Premiere.
