Ticketing & Sales Specialist - Pallacanestro Olimpia Milano
You will join Pallacanestro Olimpia Milano as part of the Ticketing Team, contributing to the management and development of ticketing activities and initiatives.
Context and Purpose
As a Ticketing & Sales Specialist, you will support the club’s ticketing operations, ensuring a seamless experience for fans and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in the sale of subscriptions and match tickets
- Assist with issuing and managing service passes
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of subscription campaigns
- Manage ticket sales at the box office during matches
- Support the development of match packages and ticketing initiatives
- Assist with reporting and data analysis activities
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and projects within the Ticketing department
Requirements
- Degree
- Knowledge of ticketing systems
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Adaptability
- Strong teamwork skills
- Passion for the sports industry
