Stiamo cercando un Thermodynamic Modeling Engineer da inserire nel team Simulation Software Platform di Schneider Electric. La figura ricoprirà un ruolo strategico di raccordo tra il dipartimento R&D e il team di Ingegneria del Software, portando una solida expertise nel campo della modellazione termodinamica e dei fenomeni fisici correlati. Il candidato lavorerà in stretta sinergia con il Product Owner e il team tecnico, con focus primario sulla modellazione fisica e sui fenomeni termodinamici. Non è richiesta una competenza software avanzata, sebbene rappresenti un elemento di valore aggiunto. È previsto un percorso di onboarding strutturato, con affiancamento a profili senior, per acquisire piena padronanza degli strumenti di simulazione interni.
Responsabilità Principali
Identificare e proporre le soluzioni tecniche più efficaci per la modellazione termodinamica, in linea con i requisiti di prodotto.
Eseguire attività di testing sul software di simulazione termodinamica e su nuovi modelli fisici sviluppati internamente.
Collaborare attivamente con team R&D multidisciplinari, ingegneri del software e stakeholder internazionali.
Tradurre requisiti funzionali complessi in specifiche tecniche chiare e strutturate.
Requisiti Obbligatori
Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica, Ingegneria Aerospaziale, Ingegneria dell'Energia, Fisica o discipline affini.
Conoscenza avanzata della termodinamica applicata.
Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ambito modellazione termodinamica e/o termotecnica.
Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, con particolare attenzione ad Excel.
Buona padronanza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata (contesto di lavoro internazionale).
Requisiti Preferenziali
Esperienza pregressa in ambito HVAC e sistemi di raffreddamento (cooling).
Conoscenza di metodi di calcolo numerico applicati alla simulazione.
Familiarità con i fondamenti di architetture applicative web (backend, frontend, API, microservizi).
Competenze base di programmazione Python.
Capacità di comunicazione efficace con team interfunzionali e internazionali.
