And while we are a truly global organization, we remain deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate and where our colleagues live and work.With industrial operations in nearly 30 countries, Stellantis could consistently exceed the evolving needs and expectations of consumers in more than 130 markets, while creating superior value for all stakeholders.Job DescriptionThe aim of the activity is to support the Thermal & HVAC vehicle development in continuous and collaborative working with all the internal teams (virtual, testing, specialist, PE) from the first stages to the final validation.Main ActivitiesSupport in defining the virtual and test plan activities during all phases of product developmentFollow continuously the development, analyzing the CAD data and give the input to the virtual team for simulation executionManage the virtual results to drive the messages inside the internal team and versus the external tooTo be part of the platform meeting in collaboration/agreement with the PEFollow the vehicles/prototypes build up to ensure the expected significance of the testing objectsDrive the vehicle preparation/instrumentation to execute the tests plannedSupport to the PE to keep the relationship with the Release EngineersFollow directly all along the test execution in Climatic Wind Tunnel and on the RoadPost-process the data to be discussed and shared internally and to be exposed to the vehicle team (VIR/MCE etc..)Benchmarking data analysis and managementSupport for new methods and tool under developmentThe perimeter includes all the virtual and test standards/activities for cooling, thermal and HvacRequirementsDegree in EngineeringEnglish level B2Knowledge of the overall program development life cycleStrong proficiency in Microsoft computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).Ability to create and deliver presentation material to groups of varying sizes.Experience analyzing data and formulating meaningful conclusions and recommendations.Familiarity with Stellantis Engineering tools such as Team Center, PSI, Codep, etc…Experience min. 3 - 5 yearsOfferSalary range: from 38.000€ to 43.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirementsCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
