Test Space Specialist - Hair Care

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Hair Care Test Space while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability. As our Test Space Specialist, you will support the performance of new products and the improvement of existing products, empower hairdressers by developing new sustainable and ethical products that drive the growth of the Davines business, showcase the hairdressers craft and take care for the environment.

What You Will Do

Support the team of Test Space Specialists in the daily activities of:

• Test space daily planning meeting
• Welcome the models of Test Space
• Participate in the test plan for each test model
• Support models in the test preparation for services
• Colour applications / permanent / demi / semi
• Bleaching / balayage / highlights
• Perm
• Shampoo/ Conditioner/ Treatment applications
• Styling product applications
• Blow drying and finishing hair
• Manage the appointment booking systems
• Telephone / digital diary / digital client record card
• Manage data capturing of test results daily
• Manage entry of Lab test formulas daily

Who You Are

Qualified hairdressing certification with a minimum of 2 years' experience.

Be confident in all service applications as stated in above duties and key responsibilities.

Deep and concrete attitude for human contacts and teamwork, with excellent communication skills.

Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changes.

Passion for hair.

Fluent in English.
