Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineering with an academic background in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Optical Engineering, or Automation Engineering. The selected candidate will join the Manufacturing Engineering team, working within a multidisciplinary group involved in product evaluation, data analysis, non‑conformity management, and implementation of structured root cause analysis methodologies. In this role, the candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, test, and production teams to enhance product performance, improve manufacturing yield, and support continuous improvement across the entire production lifecycle. The position also offers the opportunity to develop technical knowledge related to inertial navigation systems and industrialization processes for high‑tech products.
Responsibilities
- Acquiring technical knowledge related to inertial navigation systems, sensors, and associated testing/characterization methodologies.
- Developing and optimizing testing procedures for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and released products, ensuring robust validation and stable manufacturing processes.
- Supporting debugging activities through Failure Analysis (FA) and structured root cause analysis to improve yield and process reliability.
- Contributing to the automation of engineering workflows, including test automation, reporting, and process optimization.
- Supporting product industrialization, ensuring a seamless transition from prototype to mass production by collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Investigating non‑conforming materials, contributing to fast identification and resolution of quality issues.
- Developing and maintaining production statistics to identify trends, highlight inefficiencies, and support improvement plans aimed at enhancing productivity and product quality.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
- Academic background in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
- Good knowledge of Matlab and Python.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Familiarity with engineering tools, testing methodologies, and basic scripting or automation is considered a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast‑paced environment.
- Solid problem‑solving attitude and structured approach to root cause analysis.
