Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area of the Electronic Division at the Campi Bisenzio site, we are looking for a TEST ENGINEERING specialist.The selected person will be placed within Industrial Engineering with the aim of increasing critical mass on the project and development of testing systems.The person will be involved in the following activities in the industrial engineering field:* Concurrent engineering on new products* Contributions to the design and implementation of testing systems at the electronic board, intermediate assembly, and finished system level.* Automation of testing systems and generation of procedures* Analysis of technical problems on electronic modules, assemblies, and optronic systems in the production line and problem solving* Maintenance of production capabilities in the field of testing assets**Educational qualification:** Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation or equivalent qualifications.**Required experience level:** Expert (3-5 years)**Technical knowledge and skills*** Basic electronic knowledge (familiarity with electrical diagrams, hardware design, etc.)* Knowledge of at least one programming language (Labview, C, Python)* Preferred but not binding requirement: design experience on EO (electro-optical) devices and basic know-how on Image Processing algorithms.**Behavioral skills*** Time and priority management* Collaboration, flexibility, autonomy* Teamwork* Problem Solving orientation**Language skills:** good knowledge of English (minimum B1)**Computer skills:*** MS Office* Preferable knowledge of: LabVIEW* Preferable basic knowledge of: Python, C++, Matlab**We look forward to your application:** send us your CV within **three weeks** of the job advertisement opening.**How does the selection process work?**Following the collection of applications, the CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified.Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, focusing on motivation and aptitude, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.At the end of the process, feedback is provided to the person, both in case of a positive or negative outcome.**Involvement**, **enhancement of skills**, care for the **well-being** and **safety of people** are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.We strive every day to foster an **inclusive and stimulating work environment**, actively promoting the principles of **inclusion, equality and valorization of diversity.**What do we offer?* Fixed remuneration commensurate with the experience and level of the selected person, accompanied by bonuses linked to business results;
