Operations Research provides mathematical and algorithmic tools capable of supporting optimal or near-optimal decisions in planning, resource allocation, and production flow management. The idea is to apply Operations Research methodologies to the analysis and optimization of a real industrial process, with the aim of reducing lead times, operational costs, and bottlenecks, while improving the level of service and resource utilization.**Educational Qualification:**Degree in STEM disciplines, with an interest in the world of MANAGEMENT/INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING**Behavioral Skills:*** Proactivity;
