Experteer Overview
In this Territory Manager role, you will drive sales and turnover across Emilia Romagna and Toscana by leading and developing indirect sales partners. You will coordinate customer care, enforce high service quality, and support hospitals and clinics through post-implementation product support. You will implement local sales strategies, manage tender processes, and ensure accurate forecasting. This position offers scope to shape market growth within a leading medical devices division and work with cross‑functional teams to maximize customer value.

- Supervise and grow assigned indirect sales channels
- Coordinate distribution, logistics, and demos for products
- Lead price negotiations and contract preparation within guidelines
- Own tender processes and ensure compliant, timely interactions
- Collaborate with marketing to leverage competitive data for tenders
- Forecast accuracy and regular business reviews for manager
- Manage and train sales agents/dealers; align pipeline with plans
- Promote product launches and customer education; maintain high service standards
- Implement national strategies locally (referrals, education, marketing)
- Develop relationships with hospital stakeholders (nurses, surgeons, admins)
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company SOPs
- Maintain KOL accountability and identify customer value drivers
- Travel up to 80% of time
- Maintain CRM data in Nexus
- Provide training to internal/external stakeholders
- Support cross‑functional collaboration across sales and marketing
Responsabilità
- Degree in Engineering/Administration/Sales or Marketing or related field
- 6+ years of sales experience
- 4+ years in Medical Devices industry
- C2 Italian and at least B2 English
- Experience with hospital stakeholders (surgeons, nurses, procurement)
