Overview
Experteer Overview As Territory Manager, you drive sales growth in Tuscany/Umbria by expanding distributor channels and nurturing key relationships. You will train peers and customers, promote products, and qualify new prospects while executing regional sales plans. You’ll gather market feedback, report competitive intel, and support tender-driven revenue in collaboration with marketing and regional leadership. This role combines field coverage with strategic business development in a global orthodontics environment.

Responsibilities
- Strategic view on business development and peers/customers training experience
- Ability to relate well with people in unstructured environments
- Experience operating in an international environment
- Native Italian language; intermediate English
- Experience in Dental/medical devices, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
- Good computer skills (Excel and CRM)
- At least 3 years sales or general business experience
