Experteer Overview
As Territory Manager for Italy, you own the P&L and lead a local team to grow ARR, retain customers, and acquire new ones. You will align with Mastercam’s global strategy, manage key accounts, and drive adoption of AI-enabled sales tools to boost productivity and market share. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver value, build strategic plans, and nurture a high-performing sales culture in your territory. This role offers impact through shaping regional growth in a leading CAD/CAM solution provider.

- Manage territory P&L and execute a sales plan to meet/exceed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and support AMs through the full sales cycle
- Cultivate relationships with customers, partners, and local stakeholders to drive sales dynamics
- Lead regular customer visits, needs assessment, and Mastercam solution positioning
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to standards
- Monitor market trends and competition to inform strategy and product/marketing alignment
- Prepare proposals, demonstrations, and accurate sales forecasting and KPI reporting
- Provide leadership and development for Account Managers, driving a high-performing team
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, market intelligence, and opportunity prioritization
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration to expand market presence and align with global strategies
- Ensure governance, compliance, and accurate forecast through Salesforce CRM
Responsabilità
- 10+ years in sales, with 5+ years leading regional or territory teams
- Proven success growing ARR and subscription/perpetual revenues, with improved retention
- CAD/CAM or hardware sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage complex customer interactions and deliver solutions
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and value-based selling
- Experience managing distributed/hybrid teams across a region
- Capability to lead change and adoption of new tools/processes
- Track record of achieving revenue targets with innovative approaches
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with BI and AI-driven insights for territory planning
- Experience with sales enablement and CRM platforms (Gong.io, Seismic, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in AI-driven customer behavior prediction and territory planning
