The Territory Manager is responsible forthe supervision of his / her sales district and respective sales / turnover.He / Sheoptimizescustomer service and increase the acquisition of new customers. In addition, he / she is an operational manager responsible for the quality of service provided to main customers after product implementation. Works closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction through the awareness and ongoing development of work processes
Key Activities & Accountabilities
Acquisition of new customers
Planning,executingand monitoring of all measures necessary to guarantee achieving budget
This encompasses in particular :
- The supervision,developmentand engagement of the assigned salesteam
- Control all resources and materials in his / her related sales area
- Optimizehis / her resources and responsibility for the running of a profitable business in the assigned area
- Coordination of the distribution andlogisticsof the product (LTC, STC, Demo)
- Customer care for physicians, surgical / theatrestaffand hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation
Promotions, presentations, launching of product
Implement national strategy in terms of referrals program, education, marketing incollaboration with BUD,BDMand PM
Be responsible of the accuracy of the forecast and prepare on a regular basis businessreview to be shared to his / her manager, supporting targeting allocation
Supervise agents / dealer activity,
Conduct training with PM / BDM where necessary to internal and / or external stakeholders
Takes the accountability of the KOLs
Offers the customer unique perspectives
Knows the individual customer’s value drivers
Implement strategy and address different stakeholders
Conducting price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of in-houseguidelines, up to contract conclusion
Promoting anddisseminatingthe culture of compliance (compliance with regulations andethicalbehaviors)
Fulfillthe quality policy andcomply withcompany’s standard operative procedures withparticular attention to the Vigilance ones
Min Qualifications
- From 6 years of experience in a Sales role in Medical Devices industry
- Experience with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement)
- Native or C2 level of Italian with intermediate level of English (B2)
- Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience / training in a medical, scientific, technical field
Preferred Qualifications
- FluentEnglish
- Experience in CMF & NS will be ideal
- Experience working in the operating room

- Travel percentage: 70% (20-30% overnight)
- Presence in OR: 10%
