JOB DESCRIPTION
Serving as an expert about the structural heart therapy and medical devices for the organization.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes activities to meet annual sales, profit, and budgetary goals
- Maintains customer and physician relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities
- Implements field based physician and staff training programs
- Facilitates communication among the relevant functions at the investigational site (e.interventionalists, echocardiologists) for procedure scheduling and successful clinical outcomes with structural heart medical device
- Provides technical support to clinicians for the procedures with the structural heart medical device
- Calls on referring physicians to present structural heart technology and the study data;
- Acts in compliance with applicable procedures and policies;
EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
- 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience in Medical Devices
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of English (listening and writing)
- Clinical orientation; Presentation Skills; Performance Management; Building Relationship; Ethical Conduct; Results Driven.
