My client, a rapidly expanding and innovative Swiss MedTech company, is looking for a Territory Growth Lead to drive market development in Italy. They specialise in high-performance ceramic dental implants and are a leader in biological dentistry solutions , with a presence in 30+ countries worldwide.
What the role involves:
- Develop and implement growth strategies for your territory.
- Identify and engage key dental and surgical customers.
- Run presentations, demos, and training sessions on advanced zirconia implant solutions.
- Organise and support local events, workshops, and roadshows.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Support product development by providing market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Keep CRM systems up to date and track all customer interactions.
What they’re looking for:
- Degree in dental, medical, dental tech or commercial/business field.
- Proven track record in dental or implantology sales.
- Experience developing new markets from scratch.
- Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
- Structured, detail-oriented and highly proactive.
- Willingness to travel extensively and occasional weekend work.
- Fluent in Italian + English; other languages are a bonus.
- Valid driver’s license.
