My client, a rapidly expanding and innovative Swiss MedTech company, is looking for a Territory Growth Lead to drive market development in Italy. They specialise in high-performance ceramic dental implants and are a leader in biological dentistry solutions , with a presence in 30+ countries worldwide.


What the role involves:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for your territory.
  • Identify and engage key dental and surgical customers.
  • Run presentations, demos, and training sessions on advanced zirconia implant solutions.
  • Organise and support local events, workshops, and roadshows.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Support product development by providing market insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Keep CRM systems up to date and track all customer interactions.


What they’re looking for:

  • Degree in dental, medical, dental tech or commercial/business field.
  • Proven track record in dental or implantology sales.
  • Experience developing new markets from scratch.
  • Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
  • Structured, detail-oriented and highly proactive.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and occasional weekend work.
  • Fluent in Italian + English; other languages are a bonus.
  • Valid driver’s license.
