Tender Specialist

We are looking for a resource to manage procurement procedures and activities related to participation in public and private tenders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tenders and market offers.
• Analyze tender requirements and compare with company’s existing capabilities.
• Coordinate administrative and bureaucratic operations of tender phases: production of necessary documents from introduction to conclusion stages.
• Monitor and enforce timelines and deadlines.
• Register on public and private entities supplier registries and update regularly.

Requirements

• Affiliation to protected categories (Art. 1 L.68/99).
• Bachelor’s degree (short courses accepted).
• At least 1 year professional experience in similar roles involving public contact.
• Good knowledge of Office and Outlook.
• Good command of English (B2).
• Teamwork orientation and goal-driven.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good time and stress management.
• Excellent communication and relational skills.
