The main purpose of this role is to detect tender opportunities and take care of the tender process being aligned with tender requirements in timing and in collaboration with the involved key departments. All this process will ensure the correct application of local procurement Law and will be tracked through all the stablish tools, avoiding submitting an offer that has not been officially approved.
This role will be reporting to the Sr. Tender and Commercial Operations Manager Italy and will be working as hybrid role (Milan, Sesto San Giovanni)
What will you be doing?
Lead tender process for assigned areas, administrative documents, collection of technical files and draft of the economical part.
Ensure that all the documents are in compliance with local Regulations & tender requirements.
Correct maintenance of internal repository for submitted tenders.
Ensure the correct price management in SAP.
Responsibilities:
Tender management (Pretender, tender submission phase)
SAP Pricing management
What will you need to be successful?
Education:
Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics or Law.
Licenses/ Certifications & Experience required:
English B1 level
Proficient with Microsoft Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Minimum 5 years' experience in tender departments, in medical device sector
Solid experience in using public authorities’ platforms
Wide knowledge of the current Codice degli Appalti D. Lgs. 36/2023
