With a workforce of over 3.300 professionals across its offices in Europe and around the world, Telespazio operates an international network of Space Centres and Teleports, offering cutting-edge solutions in Geoinformation Services, Satellite Systems and Operations, and Satellite Communications.Join us as we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in Space.Within the Digital Solutions – Service Management team, we are looking for a resource to take on the role of Service Management Specialist, with experience in Project Management, process analysis, IT Service Management, and the management of digital transformation initiatives.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the governance of ITSM platforms and processes through analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational workflowsCollaborate in managing Incident, Change, and Request Management processes, ensuring proper alignment with involved stakeholdersGather, analyze, and formalize functional and operational requirements from various business unitsDesign and optimize workflows and business processes, with a focus on information flows and data qualitySupport the creation and maintenance of process documentation (procedures, KPIs, reporting, operational materials)Coordinate project activities, including planning, risk management, progress monitoring, and interaction with multidisciplinary teamsCollaborate with technical teams (infrastructure, security, workplace) to ensure solution consistency and integration with existing processesRole Requirements3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management, or Process Management, preferably in consulting or corporate environmentsExperience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall)Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Jira Service Management)Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills with both technical and business teamsProblem‑solving attitude, operational autonomy, and strong goal orientationExperience working in multi‑team and multidisciplinary environmentsSoft SkillsExcellent communication skills and customer‑oriented mindsetStrong problem‑solving abilities and priority‑management skillsTeam‑oriented approach and ability to perform under pressureFluent in written and spoken English (C1 level)What We Offer:A stimulating and dynamic working environment with flexible working hoursHybrid working (onsite and off-site)Comprehensive health insuranceMeal voucher, company canteen and employee welfare programsFree access to online learning platform with courses from top universitiesOpportunities for international experiencesWhy Telespazio: At Telespazio, the well-being, safety, and development of our people are at the heart of our corporate culture.
