Passionate specialist in technology, communication systems, and industrial security. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional ready to lead the innovation of TELECOM systems in our EPC plants. Our TELECOM Team is the protagonist of industrial innovation and manages the design, procurement, and commissioning of all those systems and infrastructures that are the basis of communication, digitalization, and integration of all systems serving the industrial complex.


Responsibility:

  • You will collaborate in the design and technical management of Telecom infrastructures and systems (CCTV, access control, LAN/WAN networks, radio systems, telephone systems, intrusion detection, WIFI, 5G).
  • You will collaborate with the other members of the Project Team and be responsible for preparing material requests and technical documentation
  • You will follow the material supply cycle, including the follow-up of supplies, supplier documentation, and testing activities at the suppliers.
  • You will engage in continuous information exchange with colleagues and manage all telecom system data during the project lifecycle, providing inputs for colleagues in Plant Design,
  • You will mentor junior colleagues and promote the spread of best practices.
  • You will provide technical support to the construction site during the construction and commissioning phases.
  • You will work on new internal methodologies and processes to improve the efficiency of procedures and the final result.
  • You will contribute to updating operational standards and working methodologies.
  • You will collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams, sharing know-how and promoting the technical growth of the group.
  • You will monitor the market to identify new technologies (5G, edge computing, AI applied to security, etc.).


Requirements:


  • Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in EPC or Oil & Gas.
  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security, and automation systems.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies such as 5G, Industrial IoT, mesh networks, cybersecurity.
  • Ability to interact with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical English, both spoken and written.
  • Strategic vision and openness to technological innovation.
  • Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and result orientation.
  • Ability to manage a team by planning and monitoring all activities related to the involved systems, keeping all aspects of the supply under control
