You will structure responses with Business Managers, Solution Architects, and delivery stakeholders, driving governance, timelines and quality across technical, commercial, and financial components.
7+ years in pre-sales and bid management for TELCO clients is required, with strong writing, coordination, and proposal economics capabilities.
