QuickTurn Engine Center Europe, a leader in the aviation maintenance sector, is looking for an Experienced Aircraft Technician.

A technician maintains, inspects, disassembles, rebuilds, and troubleshoots the CFM56-5/-7 B engines of aircraft to meet regulatory and company standards. Technicians should have strong mechanical abilities and knowledge, be incredibly detail-oriented, and thorough. A Technician should be skilled at working with complex information and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Performing Maintenance – Technicians will carry out maintenance tasks on the modules and accessories of engines, such as but not restricted to inspection, disassembly, reassembly, and troubleshooting.
• Running Tests – Will run regular maintenance tests and checks to ensure that all components are working to full capacity and that the engine is safe to operate.
• Installing Replacement Parts - Constantly perform regular installations of replacement parts in the CFM56-5/-7 engines which are faulty or damaged.
• Creating Inventories of Supplies - Must keep inventory of the stock, supplies and tools in possession. As well as a materials and equipment logs used for replenishment for future tasks and projects. Technicians will also maintain repair logs, reports, and documentation of what has been fixed or replaced.

Qualifications:

• Must have basic mechanical skills
• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country
• Pass pre-employment criteria.

Qualifications:

• Airframe and/or Powerplant certification
• +1 years of experience in engine maintenance
• Previous engine maintenance experience in the aerospace field on turbine engines preferred.
• Candidate should be goal-oriented, detailed, and must work well in team environments and as an individual
• Well-organized with basic computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Show careful diligence/attention in performing duties under normal mental stresses commonly associated with detailed mechanical/technical work.
• Should be able to perform moderately strenuous physical tasks which include bending, stooping, kneeling, and working overhead for a long period of time.

QuickTurn Europe (MRE), azienda operante nel settore della manutenzione aeronautica, è alla ricerca di tecnico aeronautico esperto.

Il tecnico si occuperà della manutenzione, ispezione, smontaggio, ricostruzione e ricerca guasti (troubleshooting) dei motori CFM56-5/-7B al fine di soddisfare gli standard normativi e aziendali. I tecnici dovranno possedere spiccate capacità e conoscenze meccaniche, essere estremamente orientati ai dettagli e precisi. Un tecnico deve essere esperto nel gestire informazioni e attrezzature complesse.

Responsabilità:

• Esecuzione della manutenzione: I tecnici eseguiranno compiti di manutenzione su moduli e accessori dei motori, inclusi (ma non limitati a) ispezione, smontaggio, rimontaggio e ricerca guasti.
• Esecuzione di Test: Effettueranno test e controlli periodici di manutenzione per garantire che tutti i componenti funzionino a pieno regime e che il motore sia sicuro per l'uso.
• Installazione di parti di ricambio: Eseguiranno regolarmente l'installazione di parti di ricambio nei motori CFM56-5/-7 che risultano difettosi o danneggiati.
• Gestione Inventario e Scorte: Devono tenere l'inventario dello stock, delle forniture e degli strumenti in possesso, oltre a registri di materiali e attrezzature per il rifornimento futuro. I tecnici manterranno inoltre registri delle riparazioni, rapporti e documentazione di quanto riparato o sostituito.

Requisiti Minimi:

• Competenze meccaniche di base.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
• Autorizzazione legale a lavorare nel paese di riferimento.
• Superamento dei criteri di selezione pre-assunzione.

Qualifiche e Competenze Desiderate:

• Certificazione Airframe e/o Powerplant (Licenza LMA o equivalente).
• Più di 1 anno di esperienza nella manutenzione motori.
• Preferibile precedente esperienza nel settore aerospaziale su motori a turbina.
• Orientamento agli obiettivi, precisione e capacità di lavorare sia in team che autonomamente.
• Buone capacità organizzative e competenze informatiche di base.
• Capacità di multi-tasking.
• Diligenza e attenzione nello svolgere i compiti sotto lo stress mentale tipico dei lavori meccanici/tecnici di precisione.
• Idoneità fisica a svolgere compiti moderatamente faticosi (chinarsi, inginocchiarsi, lavorare in posizioni elevate per lunghi periodi).
