Location: Mirano (Venice, Italy) – partial remote work allowed

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Technical Designer to join our growing team in Mirano. This is a hybrid role combining technical design tasks with operational support , working closely with the Technical Manager.

• Assist the Technical Manager in daily operations, including:
• Inputting production orders and tracking their progress
• Organizing and coordinating shipments of materials
• Develop and revise technical drawings based on product specifications and site requirements
• Support custom adaptations of standard products for project-specific applications
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation
• Collaborate daily in English with international colleagues via email, calls, and shared platforms
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners
• Ensure that drawings comply with relevant safety and design standards

• Diploma or degree in Surveying , Civil/Industrial Engineering , or similar technical field
• Proven experience in technical design and drafting , preferably in construction, metal structures, or civil infrastructure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (AutoCAD 3D or other CAD software is a plus)
• Solid understanding of design principles , technical drawing standards, and engineering tolerances
• Strong organizational , problem-solving , and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) – essential for daily communication with international teams
• Previous experience with production planning or logistics coordination is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with European road safety standards (e.g., EN1317) is a plus
