Technology Operations Manager
Location: Verona
Halian Technology is currently looking for an experienced Technology Operations Manager to join our growing technology function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving service delivery, and working in a fast‑paced operational environment.
The Opportunity
As the Technology Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for the performance of IT services across a regional area. You’ll lead a team of Technicians, drive service excellence, and act as the escalation point for incidents and major operational issues. You’ll also collaborate closely with stakeholders and support the rollout of technology projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day‑to‑day IT service delivery
- Leading and developing a team of 4–6 Technicians
- Ensuring operational standards and processes are followed
- Overseeing incident, problem, and change management
- Monitoring and reporting on service performance
- Driving improvements across tools, processes, and support
- Working with suppliers and partners to ensure quality service
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in IT operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience across incident, problem, and change management
- Working knowledge of EUC, POS, and network technologies
- ITIL Foundation (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Passion for delivering high‑quality IT services
