Technology Lead Project Manager (TLPM) – Oxyleaf™ Project

Advanced Energy Systems, Industrial Engineering & Technology Development

  • Full-time position
  • Hybrid work model (remote and/or on-site in Milan, Boston, or Riyadh )

Institute Itech is an international research and innovation institute dedicated to building a new model of society based on education, advanced technology, and social development .

The organization is currently developing four flagship projects:

Oxyleaf™ is a multidisciplinary project combining energy engineering, environmental technology, advanced materials, and intelligent monitoring systems .


About the Role:

We are seeking a Technology Lead Project Manager (TLPM) to lead the technological development of the Oxyleaf™ Project .

This role requires a highly experienced engineering leader , capable of integrating multiple disciplines including:

  • advanced energy systems
  • artificial intelligence integration
  • electronics and sensor systems
  • mechanical engineering
  • industrial process design

The selected candidate will coordinate research, engineering development, laboratory design, and early-stage industrial prototyping.


Responsibilities:

Technology Development

  • Lead the technical development of the Oxyleaf™ system architecture
  • Integrate energy generation systems, environmental technologies, and sensor networks
  • Coordinate engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, and AI disciplines

Industrial Engineering

  • Design scalable technological systems and industrial processes
  • Support the development of prototypes and pre-industrial testing phases
  • Define production concepts and industrial feasibility models

Research & Laboratory Development

  • Support the design and construction of research laboratories
  • Establish technical testing protocols and validation procedures
  • Collaborate with research institutions and scientific partners

Cross-Disciplinary Integration

  • Coordinate AI integration for monitoring, predictive maintenance, and system optimization
  • Supervise electronics and sensor technologies used in environmental monitoring
  • Ensure synergy between mechanical structures and energy systems

Strategic Leadership

  • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team
  • Support the preparation of technical documentation for investors and partners
  • Contribute to long-term technological strategy

Requirements

  • PhD in Nuclear Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related advanced engineering field
  • Strong multidisciplinary engineering background
  • Expertise in energy systems and advanced technological infrastructures
  • Knowledge of AI systems, electronics, and mechanical engineering
  • Experience with industrial process design and system scaling
  • Experience managing complex technical projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in innovative energy systems or advanced environmental technologies
  • Background in research laboratories or advanced engineering facilities
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Knowledge of industrial prototyping and technology validation
  • Experience collaborating with universities or research institutions

Compensation

Annual Gross Salary: €54,000 - 64,000 , depending on experience and expertise.

Additional incentives may be considered based on project milestones and technological development.
