Panoramica


We are looking for a Technology Director to join our MarTech Unit within our Media practice, helping leading brands unlock the full value of their first‑party data through advanced AI‑driven marketing ecosystems.


The role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data architecture, and marketing activation, with responsibility for designing and implementing scalable data and AI infrastructures that connect CRM systems, Customer Data Platforms, and media platforms.


Working closely with media teams, data scientists, AI specialists, and client IT departments, the Technology Director will lead the development of modern AI‑enabled marketing data architectures, enabling advanced use cases such as predictive audience activation, AI‑powered media optimisation, privacy‑safe data collaboration, and intelligent measurement frameworks.



Responsabilità



  • Design and oversee AI‑enabled marketing data infrastructures leveraging Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery

  • Architect solutions that connect CRM systems, CDPs, and data warehouses with digital media platforms to enable scalable first‑party data activation and AI‑driven decisioning

  • Lead the integration of machine learning and AI capabilities into marketing workflows, including predictive audiences, media optimisation, and automated insights generation

  • Implement privacy‑safe data collaboration environments, including clean rooms such as Amazon Marketing Cloud, Ads Data Hub, and similar platforms

  • Enable the integration of media, commerce, and customer data to support advanced AI‑powered audience strategies and retail media use cases

  • Support the development and operationalisation of machine learning models for marketing applications, including attribution, forecasting, audience modelling, and personalisation

  • Explore and implement emerging AI capabilities, including generative AI for marketing content, campaign optimisation, and marketing intelligence

  • Act as a senior technical advisor for client IT, data, and marketing stakeholders, translating complex AI and data architectures into clear business solutions

  • Collaborate with global technology and data teams to leverage innovations in identity frameworks, AI‑driven marketing, and privacy‑first data ecosystems



Qualifiche


The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a strategic understanding of AI‑driven marketing ecosystems and modern data platforms.


Key experience includes:



  • Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery‑based data architectures

  • Experience implementing AI and machine learning solutions within marketing or media environments

  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms, CRM integrations, and first‑party data activation strategies

  • Experience with data clean rooms and privacy‑safe data collaboration environments

  • Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud and retail media data ecosystems

  • Understanding of AI applications in marketing, including predictive modelling, audience intelligence, and advanced measurement frameworks

  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in marketing and media workflows

  • Ability to interact effectively with both technical stakeholders (IT, engineering, data teams) and marketing or media leadership


This role will play a key part in shaping the evolution of our AI and MarTech capabilities, enabling innovative and scalable AI‑powered marketing solutions for leading international brands.
