Global Technical Training Manager – IVECO
IVECO is looking for a Global Technical Training Manager to lead the worldwide technical training strategy for our dealer and service network, ensuring readiness for new product launches and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global technical training roadmap
- Lead development and deployment of training programs (ICE, BEV, hybrid)
- Manage Train-the-Trainer activities and certification pathways
- Drive blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, self-paced)
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Product Development and regional teams
- Monitor KPIs, identify skill gaps, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage training budget, suppliers, and technical assets
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automotive / Electrical)
- Experience in aftersales and/or technical training
- Strong skills in learning design and project management
- Fluency in English
Key Skills
- Automotive technical knowledge (ICE, BEV, hybrid, diagnostics)
- Instructional design & blended learning expertise
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience in global, cross-functional environments
